のぐち　みか

1981年　大阪府箕面市生まれ
2001年　京都造形芸術大学 造形学科 陶芸コース入学
2002年　沖縄県粟国島への旅行をきっかけに沖縄に魅了され、以後毎年離島の島々を旅行
2005年　同大学卒業
2007年　多摩美術大学 大学院修士課程 美術研究家 陶専攻修了
　　　　 神奈川県逗子市に移住、自宅に陶芸工房を構える
2010年　陶芸教室みかガマ 主宰
2011年　東京都調布市に移転
2016年　陶芸教室業を終了,「陶工房みかガマ」と屋号を称し作家業だけの活動に絞る
2023年1月より滋賀県彦根市に移住。
推定江戸末期築の町屋改修を経た自宅工房にて作陶
ちなみに2017年より釣りにどハマり中！！
 

Mika Noguchi　

Biography 

1981  Born in Osaka, Japan.
2001  Attend Kyoto University of Art and Design   majored in ceramics.
2002  After the first trip to Aguni Island in Okinawa, became fascinated with                  Okinawa and has traveled to the islands every year since. 
           I was attracted to the beauty of nature in Okinawa that later became the   source of inspirations for her artworks.
2005  Graduated from Kyoto University of Art and Design.
2007  Completed Master's program at Tama Art University Graduate School,                 Ceramics Department.　　　
           Start up a "Mikagama" ceramic studio at Zushi, Kanagawa.
2010  Open up pottery class at "Mikagama" ceramic studio.
2011  Relocate the studio to Chofu, Tokyo.
2016  Closed pottery class, in order to focus only on the artist's business at                 “Mikagama pottery studio” in Hikone Shiga.
2017  I've been hooked on fishing since 2017!
